Steve Radice joined Perry Capital in 2022 and has quickly established himself as an SBA loan expert. No stranger to working closely with business owners from a multitude of industries throughout the Chicagoland area.

 

Steve spent 10 years as Director of Community & Economic Development with the Village of Oak Lawn and served 6 years as Chairman of the Oak Lawn Planning & Development Commission where he presided over board meetings and worked hand in hand with residents, business owners and CEO’s reviewing their petitions with respect to best and highest use of land as it aligns with the vision of village officials and the community while encouraging development and economic prosperity.

Prior to his career in municipal government, Steve spent 15 years in the private sector specializing in corporate and agency full life cycle recruiting, spanning multiple industries with a diversity of technical and non-technical disciplines.
